I’m planning on building a shallow indoor pond for dwarf sharks like the one in the video. What is the minimum length and width I can make for dwarf sharks? The video says the tank can be shallow because dwarf sharks don’t need vertical space.

That's only about 90 gallons filled to the brim...How about the following dimensions:
6ft x 2ft x 12” tall. The video says dwarf sharks don’t need tall tanks.

You are right!Not to mention, these sharks are not easy fish to care for. The parameters have to be pristine, the tank needs to be well matured before adding the sharks (like many months to a year or more), and you have to consider their diet and the cost and availability of those prey items.
