Shallow reef tank like waterbox or redsea?

I know we all know what the red sea reefer and waterbox tanks look like and how they function.

I am curious if anyone knows of any shallow reef tanks that come with everything you need and are plug and play like these ones?

I saw Parker's video the other day. Kinds what got me hunting for one ahha. Unfortunately there prices are the same as waterbox
