Gobies will peacefully share burrows quite often, I too have caught a pair of my gobies sharing a burrow which were my Griessingeri and my Yasha. its funny since the firefish is like double the watchmans size lol. Interesting to know!Gobies will peacefully share burrows quite often, I too have caught a pair of my gobies sharing a burrow which were my Griessingeri and my Yasha. I find this to be normal behaviour
It’s the same thing here! My griessingeri is a large specimen so almost an inch if not already an inch. My yasha on the other hand is 2 inches and quite happily perching in his rockwork on the sand bed, I’m sure he has his own small dip in the sand under it where he shares it with the griessingeri sometimes.its funny since the firefish is like double the watchmans size lol. The way that photo was taken makes the watchman look like he has fangs hahaHad this happened eventually the yellow watchman goby got older and bolder and evicted the firefish. Now he’s the new boss
Yeah that’s why I took the picture wish I had the orange filter but it was funny. The molt was just floating around prior to feeding and he just probably thought it was food dropping by.The way that photo was taken makes the watchman look like he has fangs haha
