Limited experience but plenty with other sharks.
What are you wanting to know?
I can tell you that I would have one without a round pool at least 10 feet in diameter. Sure, you can keep them in a 8 foot long 3 foot by 2foot tank but it's cruel.
Then there is the diet. Be prepared to spend about $75 a month on food.
If you live in an area where it's hard to keep a tank cool, get a chiller. If it is very dry where you are, the top off will be hard to keep up with on a pool.
I have kept and even bred Bamboo cats and marble cats. I have also kept rays and spotted bamboos. They are easy to take care of IF you have the right setup. When I see folks having problems with them it's because they cheaped out or didn't have the room.
Let me know if you have specific questions. AND go buy Sharks and Rays on Amazon. Excellent book. (Yes, they still print them)
