Shipping issues anyone

So on feburary 8th I finally ordered a CPR hob refugium protein skimmer combo. I also ordered a jbj internal filter with uv sterilizer, a 24oz container of refugium booster, and a nice timer. FedEx claimed to deliver it on the 13th, and now it's the 22nd and I'm still waiting to hear something. I've been in contact with the supplier at least every other day since it went missing. Don't know what else I can do at this point

What did fed ex tell you when you called?
Did you get a tracking number?

Is FedEx positive they delivered to the correct address. I've had that problem (among others) with UPS in my area.

FedEx hasn't been so great lately for me either. 10:30 arrivals end up being 6pm arrivals more often then they should and a next day shipment is now a 2 day shipment. Luckily it's just a zoa and a shroom, so I'm sure they're fine (arriving today, fingers crossed).

Second time in two months, the first was my sons Christmas present which cost 120 bucks. I had to run out in the madness of shopping on dec. 23rd to get him something. But good news they approved my claim and the replacement was shipped out today, so fingers crossed that it gets here this time.

Lol had 3 packages delivered today. Fish, and 2 zoa orders. Fish got here at 9:15, 1st zoa at 2, last at 3:15. Stupid FedEx. All guaranteed for 10:30 am

Maybe you can file a claim and get your money back. UPS lost a tv i bought on Ebay and i did get my money back.

My stuff usually gets here.......eventually. The last shipment drove me nuts. I saw the truck and the driver in my town (a very TINY town), waited expectantly. No truck. 9 hours later, the same truck and driver show up in driveway. It seems that my box took a tour of the county before being delivered to me at 6. I saw them in town at 9am. They could have delivered a package to every house in my tiny town in way less time than it took for that box to show up.

And don't get me started on "weather delays". Or the time the FedEx supervisor told me that he had NO IDEA where the plane that had my box onboard was going. Really?! Seriously!? You lost an ENTIRE plane? He had no answer for that. I told him to track one of the packages on the plane, then he would know where his airplane was.

Didn't know where the airplane was going........yeah, right. NOT.

I just recently bought the cpr hob refug. From aquacave.com. Everything came
In on time but when i opened the box my light was destroyed. I called the supplier and they sent a new one out. Well its been two weeks and i now have 3 busted lights sitting in my house and waiting on the 4th. Anyway i just wanted to say... Im there with ya.

Not related to aquariums but I shipped a box via Greyhound with 2 surfboards and wetsuit to San Diego from Florida. The box never made it and they never could tell me where or what happened to it. They claimed that it made its way to Texas and have it tracked to there but from there to CA it vanished. On the way from the airport we did see a flaming Greyhound bus on the highway and I just had to chuckle that it could have been on that ride. It was insured and they gave me $300 bucks for it but I had none of my own boards and froze my stones off in a borrowed 3/2 down in Baja.
