Hopefully, given time, they'll fix that. My system has always worked flawlessly but I genuinely only have a temp, and a ph for sense ports. Everything else is switching via XP8.

I don't think it is a common problem. I did a lot of searching and found very little on it.

Good to know as i was considering whether to stick to my Osmolator or go with a hydros ATO setup with the new tank. Sounds like i'll stick with the Tunze for now.

I use the Tunze but have a Hydros sensor as a backup. It has tripped several times. I found out that the red lights on my algae reactor I was running was tricking the Tunze .
