hey anyone know the legality's on shipping to Canada? have a guy wanting some zoa/paly frags and I dont have a good feeling on it and I know theres some Canadian folks on here so tell me what you think.

Sketchy. I read an article the other day about some guy in Santa Rosa getting busted for transporting to Canada ...

never have never will. to many things can happen when you introduce a boarder.

I used to get shipments from canada and you had to have all sorts of paperwork and an importer exporter permit. As far as shipping there you probably could ship it and claim it as something else but it will cost a fortune to overnight it. Just not worth the risk as it is illegal.

I'll take anything if the Canadian custom is ready to confiscate the frags ...!!

Why do you think I'm always  and "poaching" on R2R forum :ooh:

Like the norm saying ... "Fergit about id!!"

I shipped a piece of hardware that I sold on ebay once. I paid the UPS cost and then I get an email saying it is being held up at customs and there was an additional $29 charge? The guy wouldn't pay it, so I told him to refuse and it was returned to me. I never tried again.
