Assuming you have more pods than the eye can see. Just a question for everyone. Since my male mandarin “hank” hunts alone all day. Would he appreciate a female and would that make him happy? Or happier??

Seriously though, if you're still drowning in pods, and want another Mandy, go for it. Make sure you get the sex and size right. Not doing so could turn bad fast.
 
I don't think they need a mate but like lost in the sauce said go for it if you want another one.
 
Thanks everyone. Well I didn’t plan on it I posted this a while ago but my guy loves fresh unhatched brine shrimp eggs. He eats them non stop. So it’s great because it lets pods do their thing. But what I meant is. Are singular mandarins lonely? So they benefit from a campanion. It’s not because I want another one. I was thinking for him and his needs.
