Tail fin looks alittle shabby, has some white spots. Not sure if this is fish on fish aggression between her and the flame Angel. The flame has some fin spots as well.

Agree with crazyfishmom, need better pics under white light. Flame angels can be a little aggressive at times.

Appears to be a finery issue and can stem from damage or water quality
Start with assuring good water quality using reliable kit or have an LFS that does not use API kits verify your water quality
While should not be needed, you can add ruby rally pro safely to assure no rot develops
