i’m really liking the look of this scape... any tips or ideas on how to make it better?

I like the concept w the two groupings. Good amount of negative space for coral grow out and fish swimming space. The grouping on the left looks more natural to me. The one on the right not as much that top piece appears to be balancing on top. I’d play w the design on the right to create a more natural or unique formation. You may need to get some acrylic rod, 2 part epoxy, etc. to get there.

In the end, if it looks right to your eye stick with it!

Off to a good start! You probably used all the rock that you have, but I would increase the height of one of the islands so they aren't exactly the same size. I also agree that the formation on the left looks more natural so maybe leave that side alone and play with the right side :)

Agree with above! I love the left side. I would add more to the right and maybe move it a little towards the center so it's a little further from the glass. If the tank width allows it I would place it diagonally aimed at the right back corner.
