Should I cut this head off?

The lower head in the center of my trumpet coral is growing down into the rock as well as one on the other side. When the trumpets feeders are extended they are rubbing on the rock. Should this concern me?

I would leave it be to grow naturally in the flow.

Thanks. I was concerned about the abrasion leading to infection and a larger problem.
