I have a pair of yellow tail damsels that lay eggs about every 5 minutes or so. . . I was trying to raise the babies, but my dog decided my rotiffer cultures would be better spilled all over the floor. . So I have given up on breeding for now. That said they still lay eggs and defend their nest. This means they are rarely swimming around/rarely in the water column. At this point I think I might’ve enjoy just one (if that meant it would actually swim around) or maybe none and a different fish. . .
Current stocking is: 6 line wrasse (lives in the top of the water column cause the male damsels chases him away from the nest), cleaner goby, X2 Pygmy wasp fish, and X2 damsels. . .
