Chalk me up as another highly-satisfied customer of Dr. Reef's!
I ordered 2 Premnas biaculeatus (Gold-Striped Maroon Clownfish) and some CuC creatures. I had questions and requests, and was probably a pain in the butt to them, but they worked with me and got me exactly what I was looking for (specifically a smaller and a larger clown to try to forge a bonded pair), for which I was immensely grateful.
All of the communication was brilliant. I was notified of the intended ship date (provided no unforeseen circumstances in the quarantine), and then when the package had shipped I was given acclimation instructions, which were easy to follow and very sensible (taking into consideration rapid pH shifts in the small volume of water when the bag is opened, etc.).
Everyone is in my tank and I am enjoying them all a great deal. All thanks to the excellent staff over at Dr. Reef's.
If you are considering ordering from them, I could not recommend them more, and I certainly will be getting more livestock from them in the future!
