I want to give shout outs and thanks to 2 amazing businesses.
Poseidon Reef Systems for their phyto/pod systems and their amazing customer service. I had a dimmer switch go bad on my pod tank and they sent a new one out immediately. Got it faster than my husband got the parts to repair the one that failed. Also had an Led light go out in one of the tanks and same thing: replaced and sent label for return. Awesome service and I save so much money on phyto and pods for a 240 g tank.
Pacifice East Aquaculture: I ordered a 3 pack torch special. Expected to get 3 1 headed torches and instead, received:
1 with 6-8 heads
1 with 3 heads
1 with 2 heads.
All looking good and waving about.
Not only did I recieve quality torches but they actually called today to see how my shipment was, and if I was happy. In all my years as a reefer, never had a company call!
