Hello everyone!! I certainly hope you are ALL doing great!! So...i was remembering back in my grade school days we used to have show and tell. It was a wonderful time once a week, or a month in class to bring in something that you were proud of and show it to your classmates and tell about it. I always enjoyed seeing and hearing what everyone was excited about their lives, as well as showing a thing or two of my own. I put this thread up to try to recapture a little of that excitement and happiness. We're all aquarists. We are all in this together. It is my personal belief that we should all be proud of what we have accomplished, as well as being happy for the accomplishments of others, kind of like family. That's one of the greatest things about Reef2Reef, we are a family here. This isn't a contest, it's purely for fun. The in-depth thought and creativity of the members of The Reef2Reef family have impressed me at every turn. I hope to see LOTS of beautiful pictures of y'all's spectacular aquatic achievements!! Thank you to everyone who participates!!

It's been a few decades since I've done show and tell, but it's a fun idea.

I'll start by showing my whole aquarium. It is about 2 years old now and is my office at work. It is a 120gal display made by GlassCages.

Great idea! I recently moved my 150 gal into a spare bedroom and set up the 210 gal. I've always dreamed of having a Moorish Idol. Did all my research, and read all the horror stories, but decided to give it a go. In the short time I have had him, his dorsal fin is growing out and he is eating like a champ. Here's to wishing me luck! I look forward to seeing posts on this.

I'll kick it off. Our tank is only about 6 months old. hasn't gotten beautiful yet like so many of The magnificent tanks I see on Reef2Reef. I got this toadstool frag from my lfs guy. the other picture is of the mother Coral that it came from, and hopefully will look like in the future!!

Spectacular!! I certainly wish you luck a good fortune with that adventure!! Looks like you are doing great!!

I have 2 tanks 180g and 200g. The 180 is 6 years old and the 200g is 4 years old. Have battled through lots of struggles and the steep learning curve.... still vigilant but pretty happy where both tanks are (cue the disaster lurking around the corner ... LOL).

Phenomenal!! WOW!! That really pops under the blue light!! I literally just had complimented another person on a green and yellow coral I believe is chalice at the bottom. Really love that!! I will be one of those to our system.

Thank you so much. Someone had told me that a while back and I couldn't remember it. I'm going to start hunting for one immediately!!

To bad you didn’t live closer I would give you a frag. They have nasty 6” sweepers, I was going to freg it today but have been in the ER with my youngest son all day.

They are kind of tricky. The sweepers will kill ANYTHING around it. They like flow, but not being blasted, mine are at the bottom corner of the tank so not crazy high lighting. I have 4 different color varieties. The main thing is stability. I use dosers and keep my parameters very stable. All are doing great and growing fast! Very resilient. Attached is a pic of a rescue and current day.

I hope your son is okay. As a father I know it's a terrible feeling when your children aren't well. -- I was just looking for one online and I'm a little shocked at the price!! On top of that it's at a place where I normally consider the prices to be good.
