The only reason some of those corals you mentioned are lumped together is that there are still wild corals coming in that look he similar. However that can not be said so much for pink lemonade (never seen a wild look close) and we'll most strawberry Shortcake are wild. The original Ice Fire is from Fiji and different than the wild aussie ones we see. Really a side from maybe the strawberry Shortcake I don't think lol should lump look a like corals with the same name as the original. Which leads me to your green slimer. I have that same one and don't call it green slimer....it's a.different species even from the original.Yes, "Green Slimer" like so many other corals (Strawberry Shortcake, Pink Lemonade, Red Planet, Ice Fire...etc.) have been lumped into a generic catagory, so yes, there are many types of green slimers out there. Here's an old pic of mine. It has huge polyps that blanket it and is as thick as my thumb!
