Ever seen a 10 inch juvenile G. Fimbriatus? Never thought i would!

@littlefoxx @Slocke

Got him in a drilled tub placed in my 210g since he was too small to go in a bigger tank due to the fear of him getting drilled by my wave maker propellers nonetheless going in my overflow box

Let's see how long it takes to get him to eat

Lovely to hear!

He's currently quite small, i would say it's girth is of that of a pencil haha so I have him separately in a container floating on my 210g with drilled holes and a net covered on them

He's quite shy, but I am sure that will change as he grows!

If you take one i am confident that he will go along with your zebra, white eye and snowflake, though do have some concern with the jewel since they might have aggressions in the first meeting

Yeah I wondered that too which is why I held off. But Ivar was my first eel and he haa been chill with me adding the other 3 eels. I always catch him hanging out with them in the den so Im not super worried about him being aggressive to a new eel. And he knows he gets fed first so he isnt super food aggressive either

It's not that (he has been chill with the other 3 eels) the other 2 eels you have are pebbletooths and the other fangtooth is a mild one, but right now we are talking about 2 aggressive fangtooths which will and show opportunistic aggressions whenever needed because the new eel will compete for the same den or the same space

The two things which I will expect when adding a new eel is, either the new eel will jump out after meeting ivar or if bigger, ivar will, though hopefully if everything will go well, after a few minutes or a hour they will settle down
