I lost my colony in a alk spike back in December, but I picked up another frag about 6 weeks ago and I got it mostly green as well. The frag is about 2 inches tall now and I think it's coloring up okay. I'm running ATI hybrid with 2x blue+, coral+ and purple+.

Alk. 7.9
Cal. 415
Mag. 1338
NO3 0.05ppm (I'm working on getting this up)
PO4 0.03ppm
Par: 350-500

Heres mine. Tank is going thru a restabilization phase and my sps arent liking the change. I had to frag this guy and its doing surprisingly well in keeping its color away from all green and/or not melting on me.
This is under saturated blues and a filter.

Lights hydra 52 non hds at about 50% intensity running saxbys settings.

Nutrients at 5 nitrates and .08 phosphates

Working on a happy nutrient balance with my macros right now.

Everything is happy and healthy. I'm looking to get some more whole out of it. I put a frag under an old 150w Phoenix bulb but it wasn't working out. I switched to a led I built for that area and the wd stayed green. I would love to see yours under the pheonix bulb.

I don't have a good camera, so I don't usually take photos of my tank. This is the best I can do. It looks a little washed out in the photo.

Here is a slightly different one which has more orange. These always do look the craziest in the exploding frag phase.

That growth is unbelievable for just 9 months. Just unbelievable. You’ve got to share your secret sauce.

Lol I wish there was a secret to it, I think I just got lucky with these, 3 other corals from the same day all lost pe and have died already. It’s all in a biocube so keeping the elements high up is fairly easy with water changes. Here was the tank before it crashed because I stopped with the water changes lol. Atleast it gave me a clean slate to start over.

What are your tank dimensions using those monster 400w MHs? I have a 30" tall tank and run 150s. I've always wondered what 250s would do, but I am borderline 80 degrees as it is. Anything more and I would need a chiller.

I am running a xr15 pro gen 4 at 70% on the ab setting. Recently just added the reefbrites but they don’t do much. I always have doses Brightwell alk 8.3 and calcion and magnesion. Levels stay constant at 8.2 and around 425. I use reef crystals for my water change and just feed pellets, nothing else added.

Here's my little WD nugget. Just now starting to grow and color up. Took this pic at the end of my lighting cycle, kinda too blue. There are some great pieces here, hopefully mine will look close to those eventually?
I'll get a pic under whites tomorrow.
SG 1.026
dKH 7.9 to 8.3
NO3 - 0.2ppm, PO4 - 0.13ish
Two Kessil AP700's, one 360x in the middle and three Orphek OR2 blue plus bars on the sides (left, right & front)
The WD is in the middle under the 360x.

Just need a fan! I have an old JBJ with a 150w built into the hood, no problems keeping the temp down.

I think your colony looks right on. I've seen large healthy colorful colonies and they look just like that. If you had a DSLR camera and take a macro shot of your coral only showing the growth tips and a two inch length of the branch it's going to look nicer.

Add more blue light and or photoshop in more color and that's how you get that macro shot looking spectacular.

The coral is what it is.
