Shrimp Molted

Hi!

SO today I woke up and found my peppermint shrimp molted. It scared the daylights out of me when I saw two shrimp in my aquarium! I knew there was something wrong with him because he wasnt very active yesterday. Anyways, Should I take his molt out of the aquarium or do I leave it in. I also rad something that I have to put something in the aquarium to help him with the molt. Anyone know what that is?

My shrimps mold and I do nothing

Mine molt all the time. I take it as an indicator that they are thriving in the environment. I just leave the molt in the tank and let the creatures sort it out.
