I have an old BRS dual reactor. Because I have a 250g tank I used to run 2 cups of Rox carbon in one chamber, and occasionally some gfo in the other. A maxijet 1200 is/was the pump. However, after about a day the output stream from the reactor shrunk to a trickle. Even taking the gfo reactor out gave me the same result.
Now I see BRS uses the Sicce 1.5 pump. Did anyone else have my problem? Did the Sicce 1.5 pump solve it?

Should be able to check right on the BRS website for the different gph needed or output. Best to get a pump that can do more and dial it down.

been running a jebao 2000 DC pump for 5-6 years on my CA reactor on its lowest setting, a lot stronger then the pump you mentioned, uses less ac as well

For a fraction of the cost also. I use jebao powerheads and love them.

I have the same pump running a clear water 50 algae scrubber. I know it puts out enough water for the scrubber, if I remember right I wanna say it was up to 200 gallons/ hour per Sicce, I would think if you plumb the reactors as close together as possible with the shortest amount of plumbing, then it should be ok.

Hello,

I also have a single and dual BRS reactor. Think a Jebao WP 1200 (317gph) and Jebao WP 1500(396gph) would do the job
