I went through this exercise a while back and couldn't figure out what connector it was. I didn't want to cut the pump cord but as reefermadnes suggests, it might be the easiest solution.Use heat shrink butt splices and cut a part of the wires that DO NOT get submerged. Just cut and splice each wire into a heat shrink butt splice. You can lengthen any cord with this method.
That was quick, great work. If you move forward with this, please let us know how it turns out.Looks like I might have found the connector specs on Sicce's website (m16-4p), and a with a quick search I found what appears to be the connector.

How hard was it to splice? I keep thinking it would be complicated but at the same time outlet wiring isn’t complicatedNope, tired that connector spec. I ended up having to splice
If you can cut, strip and crimp wire it's straight forwardHow hard was it to splice? I keep thinking it would be complicated but at the same time outlet wiring isn’t complicated
