First, what are your parameters?
CAL
ALK
MAG
SALINTY
ECT...

I'm assuming that is a Duncan. Mine did that for a few weeks, probably BC of the tank being moved. I put it in a low flow and low light area and slowly moved it back and has been doing great.

Give it sometime to get happy again. Duncan's will swivel up like that when not happy. Mine started off as a single head and is now the size of a large softball with way too may heads to count!

Ok my prams are ok I need to check mag that's the only one I have not checked yet but all others are ok I'm kinda ticked right now I have been going to a nasty store I think they gave me worms and my dotty back has a few spots on him i got a refugium set up for my tank thought it would help and they gave me worms and now spots I'm ready to cold. Fresh water bath my whole tank and ditch my sand bed any help on the matter would help

Just bristle worms i wouldn't sweat them. I have so many different worms in my tank and have never been an issue
