Can someone help, I posted a picture below. This morning I woke up and he has some white spots or injury… I don’t think it is Ich… any advice.? He eats normal but his swimming isn’t the best. Any medication advice?

yes, what other fish are in this tank? we wont call jay hemdal or vetteguy by tags until we dont know, or are debating what it is or the best course of action.

Overall he trys to keep his balance in the water.

I wonder if it is flukes since they can cause a tattered appearance. You could try a freshwater dip for a minute and see what happens. If you don't see any flukes come off, maybe try a week or two of kanaplex. If you do see flukes, try prazipro or api general cure.

As said, it could be mechanical injury. What other fish an in the tank with it? I saw a scat…..
