Hi please help

One fish store says white spot and the other says bacterial infection

What is it and how can I help my six lime wrasse

I don't see signs of ich or bacterial infection. I can see some possibly damaged scales. That can be from flukes or tankmate damage.

I am new to saltwater so any help is appreciated
Does this picture below give a better indication of what it could be ? And would my main tank be at risk ? I currently have 2 clowns, yellow watchman and fire goby

Sorry, no - I still can’t see any definitive signs of disease in the photo.

And yes, if it is a disease the main tank is at risk if the wrasse is still in the tank. You should remove it from the main tank and treat it in a quarantine tank.
