Sick red mandarin dragonet

I have a red mandarin. She has been in the 35 gallon for 2 months, eating well. She eats both frozen brine and there is plenty of pods in the tank, so she isn’t mal nourished. In the morning she was fine swimming around and eating, when I came back after being gone 4 hours she was not moving and breathing heavy, and not eating. I moved her to hospital tank for now. All other fish are fine, and I don’t think it’s a parasite because nothing new has been added to the tank. The water parameters are all okay. Tank mates are all peaceful 2 clowns and a lawnmower blenny, also a fire shrimp She has been like this for 24 hours now, not moving at all. You can even touch her, I tried to get her to move when I fed her with the pipette. Any suggestions on what this might be! Thanks for your help in advance

white lights and a short you tube video should help the fish medics diagnose. the first and second picture look like there's white spots but could also be sand. you just can't see much under blue lights. especially with mandarins.

Can you post clear video under white light? Hosting on youtube works pretty well.
