This looks to be a product of aggression/bites although looks like skin erosion which they rarely get

Clown is my suspect
I have had this fish for about 2 months. None of the other fish in the tank show any signs of distress in any way and he is acting normal. Eating fine swimming in the open. If this is ich should I treat the whole tank?
Thank youThat's not ich. If the lesions are just on the left side of the fish (as pictured) then it is likely an injury. If the white marks are on both sides of the fish, about equally, then that is Head and Lateral Line Erosion (HLLE). That is a disfiguring, but non-fatal chronic issue seen in some fish. It isn't really treatable.
