I siliconed my sump baffle kit a few days ago but still smells like vinegar soni know it's probably not fully cured yet, but I am trying to find out when I can do a leak test. The seams seem dry and the baffles feel really secure when I try to wiggle them. Would it be safe to take it outside for a leak test while still smelling like vinegar or do I need to wait for the smell to be gone even for a leak test?

You will be fine. After 3 days its set enough to water test.
