Simulated AB+ for Fluval Marine 3.0?

Has anyone managed to simulate the AB+ settings on a Fluval Marine 3.0 and care to share their settings? I'm wanting to move my AI Primes over to my new tank which means putting my old light back on the bowfront until I can get everyone moved. I know they will never be the same but I think it might be less disruptive if I can at least come close to a similar light range.

No experience with the 3.0... but imma give you a bump
