Hello everyone! I'm looking into adding an Anthias to my aquarium, specifically a female lyretail, and was wondering if she could be housed alone. Or would it be necessary to have a group?

How do you know she's single?

Odd number groups is what I have been told for Anthias, if you can get a male and some females that's usually best. That said, a single doesn't seem like a problem.

One is fine. You want 1-3-5 and so forth and best is one male and rest females. I started with one, went to 6 and now 5
