I have this fish for 14 days, didn’t notice anything odd when I bought it. Was super active except that was very bullied by one Athiens. Is it some infection or wound??
Anything I can do ?
I'm really sorry, but your wrasse seems to have a severe Uronema infection (as well as tail fin damage from being harassed by the Anthias - which is odd, I would not have expected that).
Uronema really isn't treatable. It is a protozoan that is normally found in most aquariums, but for some unknown reason, it infects newly acquired wrasses, anthias and sometimes butterflyfish. People were experimenting treating with chloroquine, but now that that isn't available, there really is no treatment that will work.
All I can tell you is that there nothing you or your dealer could have done to keep this from happening. Your anthias could possibly catch it as well, but in the video, it looks in pretty good shape.
Here is an article I wrote about it back when chloroquine was available:
Red Band Syndrome in Marine Fishes: Caused by the Protozoan; Uronema sp. Jay Hemdal Introduction: This moderately common disease of certain species of marine fish is so often misdiagnosed that most aquarists apply incorrect treatment methods...
