Looks like a favia to me. Hard to tell if it's receding or just growing out. I see some pretty bright white sand. How new is that tank? What are your parameters and lighting?

The tank is 4 months old but i the clean sand that’s why i run it on fluval sea nano
17 gallon tank. Here is a picture of the tank
