Skimmer and starfish

So I was told by a few people on here that I needed more live rock in my tank I went to my local fish store and got one come to find out I had 3 starfish hitchhike in with the rock which is pretty cool I don’t mind them my skimmer had been off when I discovered them (was using fritzyme 9) which is why it was off but after turning it back on they all disappeared would the skimmer have scooped them up? I was a 32.5 fluval flex

There were two Asterinas and another of a different type it never came out of its hole for me to take a pic and ID

no, skimmers do not scoop up stars. Its probably in the tank somewhere

Yeah I thought so too they’re still small so they must be hiding inside the holes of the rock thanks
