What about a reef octopus XS 160? that's what i'm thinking about getting for my new build. It seems to get really good reviews.

+1, I just ordered one for my 90 gal. I figure the actual system volume is around 80-85 gal (actual tank volume is 84 gal, 1.5" sand, 100+ lbs LR, 10-12 gal in sump) so it's pretty close to the OP's numbers.
