Skimmer for 1000g

I having been looking at the Bubbeking skimmers, specifically the 400 internal and the MRC Ocra Pro III external.

Any other suggestions or opinions on the two above?

Thank is approx. 850g with 150g sump and 100g water change tub, it will be a mixed reef.

That's a HUGE system! If you have the coin, I don't think you can go wrong on the Bubbleking.

Thanks for the suggestions, I have never heard of Life Reef or Aquarium Engineering, I will check them out.

I have a deltec on my 600 and love it had for years no problems 3070

Think of Aquarium Engineering as a commercial skimmer like RK2, but more efficient. Their 12" skimmer is a good choice for a 1000g system.

Lifereef is more of a hobby skimmer, and while I'm not going to bash them, I don't see the appeal they have either.
