Skimmer help

My skimmer has been skimming like this for about a week and half since I set it up. It is a reef octopus 110INT classic. I’ve got it at 7.5” depth. The intake is fully open (The bag is just there to keep things cleaner right now)

Needs more water, I keep mine at about 8 to 8.5in. You're talking about all the bubbles in the sump right? Another thing I did was put a ball valve on my air intake and took the silencer off. Sometimes mine just goes nuts so I tune the air down
