Wow...that's a lot of skimmers. Im taking your opinion on which to replace my ASM G2 for my 90.
leaning toward the JNS sk3, IF IT will fit my sump.

One more....just happened to see a thread of a aquacEV 240. What you think about this for the 90? Is this an external skimmed.
thanks.

it can be run internal or external. Kind of older technology. Works well but not really efficient. I had the aquaC ev 120, 180, urchin and remora. Good skimmers but the others will be a better fit.

You ever use a kz evolution m. Are they worth the money. Can you over skim. Would this be overkill on a 90 gallon.
Thanks...

they have there place. THey are really big in the zeovit crowd as there is some opinions on injector and pinwheel skimmers pulling and not pulling out beneficial items from the system water. Good skimmers. Not sure I would drop the coin for a new one. You will have a really hard time getting your money back. Kind of like buying a Daewoo.....

The 1050A would be my choice without a doubt. Easy to dial in , quiet and well balanced. Great service ect..

The other two will also work and are solid performers for sure. But if you can get the 1050A , THat is the way I would go.

The swc and the atb use the same motor block and pull similar air. The 1050 with the pump external the body will allow a little more reaction time and just runs super efficient. Both have good warranties But I know Victor will pretty much take care of you as long as you have the skimmer. Might cost a little more but it is worth it in the long run.
