skin loss on acro

Just noticed this acros tips are losing some skin and have algae growing over it. What could this be? This frag is is otherwise healthy, I don't see any marks on the base and all other acros seem to be fine and don't have this issue.

It looks like the tips are expelling zooxanthella. If you just received them, they may need more time in lower par to adjust to higher par settings

They been in there for 4-5 months now. Could it be the snails or urchin that might be irritating or munching on them?
