Skinny clownfish

My clownfish are still quite small. We've had them for 3 months and while the male has always eaten well, he is skinny. He was skinny when we got him, but we thought it was an under feeding issue. Everything else in the tank looks normal and happy. They are currently in a hospital tank-just went through copper treatment. To clarify, he was thin before copper treatment and has eaten well throughout. Any ideas? After 2 weeks of no medications we planned on treating with Prazipro.

If this fish has been eating and is still skinny, I would suspect it has internal parasites. I just had a bout with this in my tank. Everyone had the BEST of appetites but the weight wouldn't go on them. So, I treated them all with API's General Cure, which worked VERY well. All of the fish have brown feces again (no more white, stringy stuff) and have gained their weight back. PraziPro might work, too. Good luck with your fish.

Or u can soak the food in metro before u feed to them, this is the reef safe way.

We ended up losing him the next day. I treated with Prazi but it was too late :/ almost positive it was internal parasites. Poor guy. I didn't want to mix Prazi and copper or I would have treated earlier.

Where do I get praxi? Can I use it with turbo snails and A rose bubble eninimie. Right after I got this little guy from the local pet store his tail fell off and then I treated him and what I treated him with killed my starfish. Now he's skin and bones with a white thing. Always hanging out his backside.
