1008 AM EST Fri Nov 20 2020 SMALL CRAFT EXERCISE CAUTION THIS AFTERNOON

Northeast winds around 15 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop. TONIGHT Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Bay and inland waters choppy. SATURDAY Northeast winds around 15 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop. SATURDAY NIGHT Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to around 20 knots late in the evening, then diminishing to 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Bay and inland waters choppy. SUNDAY Northeast winds around 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10 knots early in the afternoon, then becoming north around 15 knots late in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop.
