Just thought /used this yesterday. Very simple to make and makes easy cleaning for your heaters. Probably thought of before but search had no hits.
PVC is your friend. Find pvc ID slightly bigger than your heater and a cap. Cut it so it's slightly longer too. Fill it with vinegar half way or so and slide in your heater. Brush it off after 10 minutes. Works great.
