So my 20g AIO been setup about 2 months now, started with dry rock and bare bottom, no skimmer just filter floss and a small bag of GFO in the back chamber.

Things are looking fine but noticed this fuzzy brown algae growing on my rocks and wondering what it could be? I have some corals zoas, mushrooms, Birdsnest and monti, I am noticing growth on everything just not as brightly colored as when I got them.
I have a XR30 over the tank dialed back to get around 300 par on the surface, running acclimation mode still and intensity is at 40 percent right now.

Any way to get rid of this stuff? Thinking of removing the whites reds and greens from the LEDs till I get enough coralline growth to outcompete the algae.

My parameters
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrate 3
Phosphate 0
Calcium 420
Alk 8.5
Mag 1320
Salinity 35
Ph 8

tested with Hanna and salifert kits

I do notice some coralline growth but worried the new algae will choke it out, took the pics at 10,000k just to make things easier to see, but I just run the standard AB+ radion schedule

Also have this weird lime colored algae as well

Any advice?

Your tank still looks relatively young, so this looks like an extended version of the "ugly" stage. Some of it looks like it could be small tufts of green hair algae. I honestly wouldn't worry about coralline - once it starts to take hold it's unstoppable.
