SMATFARM G3 lighting settings suggestions

Ive just got 2 SMATFARM G3's over my 40 breeder, and wonder if anyone has any recommended settings for these. I have lps and soft coral, but the default settings on the light look way too bright for me, i dont want to fry anything.

I have the same lights but instructions are confusing to me… lights are all set up all I have to do is plug them in… that’s where am confused… I have 4 lights ….1 will be the master.. that’s where am at

I just gave up on mine, and went back to my old gen 1 Maxspect R420R.
