Anyone ever hear of a smoldering thorn coral. I picked up at LFS and can’t find anything about it. Maybe it has another name that you guys would know. Says not a very common SPS. Just put in tank. When it’s open it has Red stalks.

Could you get a more in-focus pic? Just looks like an encrusting Monti, but hard to tell
 
That pic makes it look more like Goni or Stylocoeniella, but I'm leaning toward stylo seeing how small the polyps are and how it encrusted that plug.
 
After some more research I am almost positive it is a Stylocoeniella. Tnx 29 for your input. Glad I found it. This coral is pretty neat.
