Snail ID, being sold as Roman snails

These snails were being sold as Roman snails in my LFS but googling them brings up no results. They look similar to a trochus snail but had orange colouration on the shell that looked to indicate growth and were much wider. Each snail was almost the size of the palm of my hand. You can see how large they are compared to the peppermint shrimp on their shells.

Any help would be great, thank you.

Looking at the reflection of the foot, they certainly seem like a trochus species to me.
