Is this what is considered a snow onyx clown? If it helps any where the black and white borders it actually has a faint blue edge.

Not bad for a $50 Petco find eh?

I would bet its a Snowflake also just based on price and Snowflake pattern. They can have all the features you are describing. A Snow Onyx is a hybrid between a Snowflake ocellaris and an Onyx percula. They can have more black like an Onyx or more orange like a Snowflake or a mix of both. There can be exceptions on both sides of the curve. In my experience with the right individuals a Snowflake and a Snow Onyx can look the same. Most of the time the black edges are thicker on a Snow Onyx.

I work at a Petco and the price is that of a snowflake, then again I'm not sure of he rice for a snow onyx but that doesn't seem dark enough and he pattern says just snowflake. We did get a pair of onyx clowns for a sale a couple months back but those are 60-70 for each regular price.
Nice clown either way, I live snowflakes :)
