What are you numbers? Did you cycle the tank before added the 3 fish? How did you add the fish, all at same time or what? What kind of water changes were you doing? We will need the number and a little history before we can help..

If your numbers are way off than a water change isn't going to hurt but as mentioned above, some details will help. How old is the tank? Do you have live rock & sand and if so how much? Did you add the fish all at the same time or over some time? Tell us about your tank :)

Well i got it 2 months ago and it was a well running tank a little dirty it had alot of apestia annemone and had some bristle worms still have a fee but i have thinned everything out with pepperments for annemine and a six line wrasse the damsel and the clown i have had since the beging so introducing the six line was fine but then i add a coral beauty and it died but before that i did weekly 5 percent water changes and when i lost the fish i did a 25 percent water change and since have been using a product called nightout for nitrate when i tested it my levels where max

Have you tested for Ammonia and Nitrites? Can you post the readings of the test you have taken?

You tank is still cycling.. Anyh amount of Ammonia is deadly to fish.. I'd do another LARGE water change.. Is anything left alive in tank?

Test and do large water changes to keep levels down. You might have to do daily changes..
