Quick question, how much ph does 1 gram of sodium hydroxide and how much alkalinity will increase along with ph.

If you instantly add 1.4 dKH of alk with hydroxide, then for seawater with an alk around 7 dKH, pH will rise about 0.65 pH units. If you spread that addition out over many hours, the pH rise will be far smaller (with the same total alk rise).
