Soft coral ID help needed!

Hello R2R!

Hoping someone can help me ID this coral- it came on a combo rock with some zoas and a nice toadstool. It has a few bubble algae, my emerald crab should take care of that.

Kinda weird coral, just numerous thin stalks going up...

I would guess a pipe organ if that skeleton is red but i could be wrong

I cross posted this in another forum and was just told possible snake polyp? I cannot seem to find much info on them, but some of the other photos seem like a good match...

Great! I really had never heard of them before. Any tips on care requirements? They came on a rock with a toadstool and some zoas, which I have in mid light and medium flow

yep,mid flow,mid light,try to catch them open ,in the middle of the night... :rolleyes:
my colony is over 20yrs in my hands ,maybe doubled.
great find !! there out there ,but not easy to get.

Yep, was going to say the same thing. Kind of uncommon but cool coral.
