Solution for filter floss holder

Have an issue with some gaps in my filter floss cup holder. Was thinking abt getting some food grade silicone and cutting circles to place between the cups and tray to fill any open void. The gaps are small but still big enough to let the nasties through.

Get a couple from IM. These go in mine but I use 400 micron nylon socks.

Silicone mat could work here… it is a sealing surface though… possibly a carefully sculpted bead of silicone sealant…

I’ve been struggling with a similar problem; so far my solution is to weld on rings of acrylic tight around the filter cup rings, forcing water to cascade into the cups from above, as opposed to channeling around the sides of them!
