Playing around with a UV flashlight I find Hair Algae in my aquarium fluoresce a deep almost velvet red, very interesting. Strangely the water almost appears anti-freeze green and quite murky even thought its what I would describe as crystal clear.
 
Nice! I've always wanted a uv flashlight. Care to link me to the one you bought?
